Unlike Tarot, Runes are magical -- each rune has a meaning and a connection to a primal force of nature.  Runes protected crops and livestock, changed the weather, could bless and heal, curse or harm.  They were carved on weapons, drinking horns, houses, ships -- for protection and for luck.  Using Runes brought you closer to the gods.

Like Tarot, reading the Runes is a tool and a teacher. Tools are used to fix and build things; the runic symbols can help to fix and build our lives. A Rune reading gives advice and encouragement, and can warn us of dangers.

Runes are the connection to magic, primal nature, and the gods themselves. 

Your Personal Rune Reading

I use a set of wooden Runes because wood is a natural resource; and I offer several different spreads.  Please choose one of the following spreads:

(1)  The Harvest Spread.  A 7 rune spread that shows your wants, what to do to achieve them, and the outcome.

(2)  The Rainbow Spread. A 6 card spread that let's you know what holding you back from achieving your goals, the first step to take, help, advice and the long-term outcome.

(3)  The Direction Spread.  A 5 rune spread that shows your current life direction, how you will achieve your goal, and lesson you are learning.

(4)  The Open Question Reading.  You can give me up to 5 questions which will be answered through the runes. 

Also, please give me a focus (one focus per reading) such as finances, romance, family, career, the month or year to come, etc.
